These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sportsavvy, a product of Athlexco ("Sportsavvy," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using Sportsavvy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Sportsavvy is a football (soccer) intelligence and prediction platform. We provide live fixtures, AI-generated match analysis, AI-generated picks lists, team and player comparisons, and community features like discussions, chat, and leaderboards.
Sportsavvy is an analysis, entertainment, and informational product. Predictions, probabilities, and AI-generated picks lists are estimates based on available data — they are not guaranteed outcomes, and they are not financial, betting, or wagering advice. Sportsavvy does not accept, place, process, or facilitate real-money bets or wagers of any kind, and no part of the service should be treated as a substitute for your own judgment.
Sportsavvy's discussions, chat rooms, and comments are meant to be a good place for football fans. When using them, you agree not to:
We may remove content, suspend, or permanently close accounts that violate these guidelines, at our discretion and without prior notice for serious violations. You can report messages or users you believe break these rules directly from the app.
You retain ownership of the picks, comments, messages, and other content you post on Sportsavvy. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service — for example, showing your picks on your public profile or in the community feed.
The Sportsavvy name, logo, design, and AI-generated analysis and predictions belong to Athlexco. Match, fixture, and statistical data is sourced from third-party sports-data providers; while we work with reputable sources, we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data.
Sportsavvy is supported in part by advertising, including through Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.
Sportsavvy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans: Sportsavvy Plus, Sportsavvy Premium and Sportsavvy Premium Plus. On the free tier, AI match predictions are limited to 2 matches per day and AI picks lists to 1 in total; each paid plan raises or removes those limits, as described on the plans page (Account → Plans). Prices and the billing period are shown before you subscribe.
Payments are processed by Paystack. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your card is charged, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Plans; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. To change to a different plan, cancel your current one and choose the new plan once it ends. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
If a renewal payment fails, your plan may be paused until your payment details are updated. We may change subscription prices for future billing periods, and will tell you before a change applies to you.
You may stop using Sportsavvy and delete your account at any time under Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with notice where practical.
Sportsavvy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction or analysis will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportsavvy and Athlexco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on predictions, analysis, or content found on Sportsavvy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for significant changes we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use Sportsavvy after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
